Caroline Walker

Founder & Director
Caroline set up Confident Teens driven by a passion to support teenage girls to be confident, resilient young women. She loves motivating and inspiring students in the workshops, so they learn to believe in themselves and develop pride in their individuality. Her calm, relaxed manner combined with her energy and creativity ensures students listen, absorb and engage with the sessions, and gain real insights into themselves.

Tara Hawes

Project Manager
Tara keeps us all super-organised, ensuring the smooth running of our workshops. As a mum to teenage girls she sees first hand the pressures that teens face and is passionate about the support Confident Teens offers to teenage girls. Tara works closely with schools to ensure every detail is in place, ensuring students get the most from our workshops.

Julia Montague

Confidence Facilitator
Julia started her career as an actress, before developing her skills as a vocal coach and workshop facilitator. Naturally warm and charismatic, she quickly builds rapport with students so they are engaged with the workshop activities. Her quick wit and range of skills ensures every workshop has high impact and is memorable for students.

Lynn Hord

Confidence Facilitator
Lynn’s varied career encompasses journalism, personal development and facilitation. This enables her to engage quickly with students – who are also fascinated by her Australian accent! Lynn’s sessions are full of energy, discussion and fun. She loves supporting students to develop insights into themselves and encouraging them to commit to changing their mindset and their behaviour. .
